The Walk is a busy Melbourne-based integrated marketing agency with a new presence in the Sunshine Coast, working with international, multinational and Australian clients.
We specialise in four key areas: marketing, creative, digital and insights. Every day we use innovative thinking, digital tools, systems, data – and even pens and paper – to think up and execute intelligent integrated campaigns that garner both insights and great results for our clients.

We're looking for an energetic and efficient Campaign Manager with hands-on experience in an agency environment who is an exceptional collaborator and communicator and brings a "can-do" attitude to work every day. In our busy and growing agency, you will bring energy and enthusiasm to your role as both a clear thinker and an expert doer.Our ideal candidate will have experience with both B2B and B2C marketing with top notch skills with relevant digital marketing tools. You will be required to build highly sophisticated cross-platform digital campaigns and manage them end-to-end, including the budget and client relationship, providing analysis, reporting on ROI and generating clear insights for future activity.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with a very experienced senior team, get great exposure to some big B2B and B2C clients and be part of a progressive agency environment that's always seeking to evolve for the better.
Skills and experience
Marketing or related Degree
At least 3 years' experience in an agency environment
Energy, enthusiasm and professionalism with fastidious attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English (Spoken & Written)
Experience in B2B and integrated marketing
Practical skills implementing digital and social media campaigns, including SEO and SEM
Demonstrable experience with leading platforms, such as Google Ads and DV360
Hands-on Certifications in leading digital marketing platforms
Analytical problem solving ability
- The presence of mind to engage clients with credibility and confidence
