● Scheduling: Monday to Wednesday 8-4 pm PHT Manila, 10 am-6 pm Victoria Time.
● Part-time: 3 days a week (24 hrs) with the opportunity to scale hours
according to work volume.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our
dynamic marketing team. This remote position, based in the Philippines, plays a
crucial role in supporting our Australia-based marketing team across various
functions. Key responsibilities include sourcing leads for our affiliate program, crafting
engaging email communications in Mailchimp from pre-designed briefs, and
managing web merchandising updates on our internal platform as well as on external
marketplaces like Rezdy.
Additionally, you’ll handle a variety of marketing administration tasks that ensure
smooth operations. As a member of our team, you’ll gain valuable experience in a

the full spectrum of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management Support:
● Maintain and update product listings for third-party distributors via platforms
like Rezdy.
● Ensure all product details are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
● Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues with product listings.
● Oversee web merchandising updates on our internal platform, ensuring the
correct images and details are selected.
Campaign Support:
● Create emails in Mailchimp from pre-designed briefs, selecting appropriate
images and ensuring alignment with the AmazingCo tone of voice.
● Assist in sourcing marketing partners according to affiliate or influencer
marketing criteria.
● Update web copy and imagery assets across the website for campaigns and
new experiences.
Administrative Support:
● Coordinate meetings and team updates, prepare slide decks, and summarize
meeting notes.
● Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Requirements
● 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably within an
e-commerce environment.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
● Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including Rezdy, Google
Analytics, Mailchimp, Squarespace, and WordPress.
● Base knowledge of web content management systems (CMS) and HTML will be
considered favorably.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google
Workspace.
