Manager of Revenue Operations

Wonderlic’s RevOps team is seeking a manager to support the enablement of our Sales, Marketing and CS teams through the strategic implementation and management of our growing tech stack and associated revenue-related projects.  This is a highly technical role that will be responsible for implementation, maintenance, system reliability, data connections and overall tech stack strategy and execution.  You will work on everything from long term initiatives that keep our go-to-market engine humming to the tactical day to day support of our RevGen end-users and teams.

You will be the internal business partner for the larger RevOps team who are supremely focused on our buyer journey, as well as the key liaison to our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams.  Partnership and collaboration are core functions of this role and communicating through technical and business language is critical for success.

The role will be accountable for a scalable tech roadmap, and continual enhancements for our customer-facing teams.  An ideal candidate will be well versed in SaaS sales acceleration tools, self-driven, strategic, experienced with data governance, highly analytical, and comfortable with serving as our primary Salesforce admin.

As Manager of Revenue Operations, you'll get to:

    • Act as the primary point of contact, key break/fix responder and deployer, and internal expert on our sales and customer success systems: Salesforce, Gong, PandaDoc, Chili Piper, Groove, ZoomInfo, Zoom, etc.
      • Develop and facilitate training for our RevOps tools and processes to optimize a repeatable, scalable onboarding experience for new users and keep existing users up-to-date on technical changes and updates
      • Manage RevOps people and project resourcing (internal support team and external contracting resources)
      • Permission/contract management of tools and our vendor relationships
      • Work with team members from Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Business Operations to ensure seamless integrations with key systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, Gong, Groove, ZoomInfo, and Marketo).
      • Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey to proactively identify where improvements can be made
      • Be the key knowledge holder of how all tools work and can be utilized by RevGen teams to effectively drive revenue
      • Manage/roll-out enhancements as they are made within the tech stack
      • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve a wide range of process and operational issues or inefficiencies providing quick and decisive solutions.
      • Ensure our tech stack is up-to-date and that we are using it to the best of our ability to enable Sales and CS teams
      • Identify gaps in current systems/processes and make recommendations on replacement tools/upgrades as needed
      • Manage the forecasting process and reporting to deliver insightful action-oriented variance reporting

About You:

    • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
      • Salesforce administrator expertise (certification preferred)
      • Expertise administering and supporting other Revenue Generating tech stack tools like Gong, PandaDoc, Chili Piper, Groove, ZoomInfo, Zoom
      • Expertise in training end-users on tech stack
      • Expertise in ensuring adoption across relevant teams
      • Expertise working through shifting priorities, and an ability to effectively manage time
      • Expertise with project management  processes and tools
      • Expertise in developing RevOps strategies that support various functions and competing needs
      • Experience leading others in a technical support role
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills
      • High attention to detail and organizational skills
      • Experience working at a start-up is a plus
