We use computer vision and other machine learning techniques to extract creative data from our client’s digital advertising copy and transform those previously dark signals into a standardised data model at industrial scale. This creates a new, unique and powerful first party data set that represents the last and most impactful untapped reservoir of advertising performance.

That’s because multiple studies have shown that the “Creative” itself is responsible for half of sales lift online, higher than reach, targeting, brand, & recency combined. Marketers have always intuitively understood that there is something magic within the ad itself, whether the music, branding elements, a product hero shot, or the warm smile of a satisfied customer that inspires viewers and motivates them to form an opinion or take an action. But creative impact has always been the least analysed and least understood component of a complex set of marketing variables.

This is the problem CreativeX is focussed on solving. We’re an end-to-end solution to ingest, process, and analyse content at scale. We help brands isolate creative elements so they can be analysed against downstream ad impact metrics, from clickthrough rates to brand lift. By extracting these creative attributes from within the asset itself, and interrogating that Creative Database with data science and curiosity-driven human insights, we’ve unlocked a unique first-party database of Creative Data to scale creative decisions with confidence.

CreativeX Partnerships Team

The CreativeX Partnership team is responsible for engaging the marketing ecosystem which supports our brand client’s across media and creative.  We work with Platform Partners like Google and Meta, Measurement Partners like Kantar and Ipsos as well as Digital, Media and Creative Agencies. Together with these industry leaders we are defining the future of data-driven creative marketing for our customers.  We are working together to drive meaningful change across some of the biggest and most ambitious brands in the world. Together we strive to drive innovation across their accounts at scale, exploring new ways to support their teams, and to partner to impact their client’s businesses.

As a Sr Manager of Agency Partnerships, you will be building the business case for why agency support matters and owning our GTM plan.  Reporting into the global SVP of Partnerships, you will be responsible for building a strategy for engagement of key agency partners globally.  You will drive the business case for who to partner with and how. You will partner with Revenue, Produce and Engineering teams to ensure agencies are a nurtured contributor to our ecosystem.  This is a great opportunity to take ownership of an essential piece of our business and scale it by 10x.

What you will do:

  • Define and execute a business development strategy that leverages CreativeXs’ platform and our ecosystem of agency partners to deliver value to all stakeholders. In doing so, you’ll be building a business case for continued investment into the agency ecosystem.
  • Your primary goal is to drive lead generation through agency partners. Each new partnership you develop and nurture will be expected to result in introductions to new prospective (ICP - Ideal customer profile) clients.
  • This approach will be scalable and repeatable - you are building a model which can be replicated from one agency to the next.
  • Lead the development of an agency partnership strategy that aligns CreativeX platform and business goals to drive value at scale for agency partners. Your approach will be systematic and repeatable - the goal is to build a model which can be repeated across agencies at global scale.
  • From conception to activation you’ll own the execution of your strategy including alignment between partners, considering company resource allocation, driving scalability and reporting on the success of each of your partnerships.
  • Maintain executive level relationships with our strategic agency partners to drive awareness and adoption of CreativeX.
  • Develop product integration strategies, lead cross-functional programs, measure impact and be responsible for wide-scale adoption of CreativeX across our platform partners
  • Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and partner feedback to Revenue, Product and Engineering teams to inform collaboration approaches, product roadmap and feature prioritization
  • Build the case to grow a team of Partner Managers, evaluating staffing needs as our business grows and identifying growth opportunities
  • Be a positive contributor to the CreativeX community and culture

Who you are:

  • An innovative collaborator, comfortable in a fast-growing start up environment
  • Demonstrated experience and success leading a partnerships or business development effort, at the enterprise level, in a complex, cross functional environment
  • Demonstrated success identifying, engaging and co-creating innovative technical and services integrations with agency partners
  • You know the advertising and media landscape well. Ideally you’ve led creative, digital and/or media agency partnerships before and have a developed understanding of how nurturing those relationships can drive value, for your business and for theirs
  • You have experience in the technology landscape and have seen first hand how agency partners might build a business off the back of tech and data
  • Demonstrated success negotiating business terms with partners
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA a plus
  • 6+ years experience working in partnerships or business development
