Lifecycle/Marketing Operations Manager

FocusKPI is looking for a Lifecycle/Marketing Operations Manager to join the Product Marketing- Loom team within our client. They are looking for a marketing operations specialist to support ongoing lifecycle marketing projects for Loom.

Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the US
Duration: 6 months contract/15 hours per week - should be available to do live meetings M-F sometime between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm EST
Pay Range: $55/hr to $65/hr

Responsibilities

  • This role should expect to have 1:1s with core team members during onboarding and beyond, so some business hour availability is needed
  • Comfort working async (with Loom video messaging and clear Slack communication) is also required
  • Live check-ins with lead and project-based work: building or Q/A emails, building HubSpot workloads, and adhoc lifecycle requests

Required Skill-set

  • Education/Experience: 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations or lifecycle marketing
  • HubSpot admin experience
  • Database management and optimization (ideally on a large scale 10M+)
  • Building emails using the drag and drop editor
  • Building and maintaining HubSpot workflows – especially as it relates to lead disqualification and routing
  • Segmenting lists based on user properties
  • Auditing and archiving to maintain database cleanliness
  • HubSpot form handler updates
  • Stellar documentation skills
  • Ability to generate Confluence pages that outline their current processes
  • Willingness to record Looms for documentation of current processes and for cross-functional training purposes
  • Contribute to a Slack channel for ongoing questions related to HubSpot
  • Cross-team collaboration
  • Experience communicating effectively with a data science and engineering team
  • Stakeholder management and communication (ideally experience working with marketing and product teams)

Nice to have

  • Salesforce familiarity (specifically with the lead object and Salesforce/HubSpot integration)
  • Familiarity building custom coded templates in HubSpot using HTML and HubL
  • Familiarity with in-product messaging tools (Pendo, Appcues, etc.)
