We’re looking for a hands-on part-time CRM specialist with Braze experience to join us part-time and help scale our lifecycle marketing efforts.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience building cross-channel journeys in Braze (Canvas, Content Cards, Intelligent Timing).
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle stages, and retention mechanics.
  • Comfortable turning a brief or insight into a Braze flow (journey mapping > build > QA > launch).
  • Ability to work autonomously on small to medium briefs with clear timelines.
  • Experience working on mobile-first apps or consumer brands (Gen Z, fashion, sustainability a plus).

Preferred but not required experience in:

  • Familiarity with behavioural science principles and engagement psychology is a bonus.

What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll support both ongoing and project-based work - driving activation, retention, and engagement through email, push, and in-app journeys.
