As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a key role in our complete learning cycle! You will be responsible for organizing external conference subscriptions for employees, facilitating and managing various communities of practice, monitoring external training service providers, and tracking Bill 90 data. In this role you will:
- Participate in training needs analysis across different teams and disciplines internally;
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) (ex: create training sessions, handle bugs reported by employees with the provider, recommend improvements, etc.);
- Coordinate the training offer for the whole studio (organize sessions from A to Z,help create and organize the internal learning content on the LMS, etc.) ;
- Support and advise internal experts in developing technical training courses.;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various disciplines and projects to collaborate in different learning initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Communication Studies, Organizational Development, or a relevant field;
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in a Learning role;
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS);
- Strong communicationskills, both in French and English (oral and written);
- Strong instructional design skills in multiple formats (in-person, virtually,synchronously and asynchronously).
