Brief Description

Vacancy Details

Duration: 12m Secondment or Fixed Term Contract. (Please note, secondments are subject to line manager approval, please discuss this with them before applying).

Location: This role is based in The Quadrant:MK (other locations will be considered) . This role is a full-time opportunity, flexible working patterns will be considered. For Quadrant:MK, you must live within 75 (Band 5+)/90 minutes (Band 1-4) of The Quadrant.

Band & Salary: 4c ÂŁ43,588 - ÂŁ49,037 (Subject to experience)

About the role (External)

Who are we looking for?

Main Responsibilities

¡Deliver and facilitate high-quality leadership and management development programmes and events both face to face and virtually.

¡Manage available resources effectively in order that delegates are motivated to learn and given every opportunity to achieve the learning objectives.

¡Develop engaging, innovative training materials for new leadership and personal development programmes, and amend and update existing materials, as required.

¡Assess the impact of leadership and personal development programmes through end-of-course evaluation questionnaires and feedback into the design process.

¡Working with the team planners to establish and maintain processes and systems for course scheduling, delegate call-up, place booking, issue of joining instructions and other administration requirements.

¡Assist the Leadership Development Manager in training needs analysis, programme design and evaluation, as necessary.

¡Contribute delivery and facilitation expertise as part of other scheduled learning programmes.

¡Experience of successfully delivering corporate level leadership and personal development training and facilitation.

¡Experience of design and development of engaging, relevant and modern behavioural learning solutions

¡An engaging delivery style.

¡Organisational skills and sound planning ability.

¡Excellent team working skills.

What does the average day look like?

Design, development and delivery of leadership and personal development programmes and workshops to support Network Rail’s strategic business requirement. Your target audience will be skilled managers with high leadership capability and will include a range of target groups as specified by the business and customer groups.
