About Auror

At Auror, we’re empowering the retail industry to tackle theft and Organised Retail Crime, a $150 Billion problem globally. It’s high volume crime that’s increasingly organised in nature and is putting people, retailers, and communities at risk every day.

Founded in New Zealand 11 years ago, we’re working with some of the best and largest retailers in the world across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

Auror is connecting people and intelligence to reduce crime. We’re using technology for good.

In partnership with our leading retail partners, we need people with the passion, determination, and innovation required to overcome one of the world's largest problems. If you’re looking to make a difference with and for the people dedicated to stopping crime, for good, then we want you on our team.

The Role

The Law Enforcement Success Manager plays a vital role in engaging, empowering, and nurturing our community of crime fighters, which includes both retailers and law enforcement. Your main focus is to ensure that our law enforcement partners, a key part of our community, have outstanding experiences while assisting retailers in achieving meaningful crime reduction. You'll also leverage Auror data to help make communities safer.

By employing a hands-on approach and fostering strong relationships, you'll empower our Auror law enforcement community to get the most out of the platform. This involves connecting with law enforcement at all levels and demonstrating the value that Auror brings to both them and retailers. With the support of the Law Enforcement Partnerships team, you’ll identify opportunities within the platform to enhance skills and increase the number of law enforcement users, helping both law enforcement and retailers acheive their goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building, nurturing, and retaining relationships with police across the UK and Ireland. Partnering with them to support and accelerate their uptake of Auror
  • Creating and refining onboarding to all new police user sign-ups, ensuring they see value from the start
  • Building engagement plans, with the aim to grow the law enforcement user base across the UK and Ireland, ensuring they embed Auror as part of their day-to-day
  • Identifying police champions who you can empower and up-skill to become Auror champions within their Force
  • Introducing new initiatives to enhance the law enforcement experience, and further optimising how Auror works with and supports police
  • Partnering with our customers’ investigations and ORC teams, supporting with investigations, helping them reduce crime and increase safety in their stores
  • Collaborating with our Customer Success team to surface insights, investigation opportunities, wins, and outcomes through the Auror platform, and then sharing these with law enforcement and retailers
  • Bringing your sound knowledge of law enforcement, to be a trusted advisor to our team and to our retail partners
  • Training and presenting to large groups of law enforcement remotely or in person
  • Attending industry meet-ups and events with our team to share insights on the retail crime landscape in the UK and Ireland

This role reports to Paul Fagg, Director Law Enforcement Partnerships

Having transitioned to Auror from a background in UK policing, I was motivated by the significant positive impact Auror has made in combating retail crime. Hearing firsthand accounts from retailers about how Auror safeguards their colleagues and stores was truly inspiring. I take great pride in being part of an organisation that fosters an environment where both I and my exceptional colleagues can flourish.

In my personal life, I enjoy spending quality time with my growing family, maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle, and participating in sports.

I am enthusiastic about collaborating with individuals who are eager to realise their full potential and utilise their drive and initiative to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
