L&D Specialist - 12 month FTC

How will I spend my time in this role?

• Consult with business units to identify performance gaps and devise strategies to address them;
• Design, develop, and deliver effective learning solutions that bridge performance gaps and align with business goals;
• Curate and create relevant and timely development content; Manage digital solutions within our learning experience platform;
• Promote Career development – identify with managers the opportunity to upskill and prepare the internal workforce for future moves;
• Support onboarding, identifying, planning for skills gaps and enabling people development.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

• Good understanding of learning design principles;
• Familiar with the 70/20/10 principle to personal development;
• Understands frameworks to develop talent and build career pathways.
• Experience in learning curation, digital/video & blended learning development;
• Experience in Articulate storyline or similar;
• Experience in LMS management & Performance consulting.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
