The Role

We are seeking a Key Account Manager BeNeLux - Focus Netherlands to lead international market development and strengthen partnerships across the BeNeLux region. This role combines strategic account growth with hands-on market execution and offers the chance to play a central role in the company’s expansion journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand the international B2B business in the Netherlands and BeNeLux
  • Strengthen key accounts within drugstores, grocery retail, and B2B platforms
  • Prepare and deliver pitches, assortment proposals, and promotional strategies
  • Lead annual meetings with partners independently and confidently
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, regulatory, and e-commerce teams
  • Analyse markets and competitors to identify new opportunities and partnerships
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and customer meetings across Europe

What We Are Looking For

  • Several years of experience in international key account management in FMCG, beauty, health, or nutrition
  • Strong understanding of the Dutch retail environment, especially drugstores or grocery retail
  • Fluent in English and ideally in Dutch
  • Proactive, structured, and hands-on approach to building relationships and delivering impact
  • Comfortable working with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and CRM systems
