Role: Junior Marketing & Administrative Specialist (Virtual Assistant)

Schedule: 20 hours/week, Monday to Friday

Required Availability: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM Arizona time (Mountain Time)

Role Summary

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Marketer and Virtual Assistant to lead daily marketing tasks with precision and consistency. You’ll execute social, email, and print marketing campaigns, follow structured workflows, and collaborate with a tight-knit team through Slack. This is a long-term, remote freelance opportunity with a clear SOP and KPI framework to guide your success.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Post on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok using templates for:
    • Coming Soon, Just Listed, Under Contract, Price Reduction, Just Sold
  • Weekly Instagram Story posts and 1 Reel + TikTok via Vids App
  • Update monthly newsletters (Mailchimp) and weekly Broker Blasts with new listings
  • Maintain listing visibility via Gain and Canva
  • Ensure all posts are live within 24 hours of status change

Print Marketing

  • Coordinate direct mail campaigns via Wise Pelican:
    • EDDM, Absentee Owners, Targeted Communities (2x/month)
  • Schedule and manage timelines with Braydon Dennis & GAT
  • Create brochures and seller booklets via Moo.com (include upgrades, local amenities, utility estimates)
  • KPI: Print assets complete before listing goes live

Email Marketing

  • Maintain Mailchimp campaigns and monthly newsletter
  • Add updated property details and market stats
  • Ensure newsletter is ready by the 3rd of each month

Platform Coordination

  • Use and maintain:
    • Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, Gain, Wise Pelican, Mailchimp, Vids App

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate listing timelines and marketing steps from acquisition to post-sale
  • Track inventory of marketing materials and follow scheduled mailings
  • Follow SOPs and KPI timelines strictly

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong portfolio in real estate or property marketing (MUST SUBMIT)
  • Expert in Canva, Mailchimp, and social media tools
  • Proven experience in campaign execution and multi-channel marketing
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Home office setup with reliable internet
  • Must be available for Mountain Time hours
