Junior Graphic Designer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at Chani Nicholas Incorporated.

The Job

Chani Nicholas Incorporated is seeking an experienced full-time Junior Graphic Designer. This role is responsible for creating design materials related to social media and marketing.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Graphic Designer at CHANI, you will…

  • Design and produce eye-catching graphics, images, and videos for social media posts;
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop on-brand, consistent visual content;
  • Stay up-to-date with design and social media trends; and
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate has…

  • Flexibility in design style;
  • Experience in working on ad and social content;
  • Experience in The Adobe Creative Suite - especially Illustrator and Photoshop;
  • An eye for great marketing;
  • Great attention to detail; and
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific requirements.

The Interview Process

  1. Our team will review your application materials and will be in touch if we’d like to move forward with your candidacy. Depending on the number of applications, this may take some time.
  2. If we would like to move forward with your application, you will interview with our Director of Design.
  3. From there, you will be assigned homework relevant to the position to complete before your second interview.
  4. In the second round, you will interview with other directors on our team.
  5. There may be additional interviews after this with relevant staff members.
  6. In the final round, you will interview with our Chief of Staff, President, and CEO.
  7. We will make a final decision and notify you.

Location

This position is fully remote, within the US, though you must be willing to travel NYC annually for in-person retreats and department meet-ups as needed.

Exempt, full-time position (32 hours per week)
