We’re on the lookout for a Junior Content Marketing Manager (part-time) who’s eager to grow our brand, test new marketing ideas, and help us educate the world on the power (and complexity) of travel compliance.

WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS company that supports organisations in enabling their employees to work from abroad, e.g. to compliantly do workations and business travel abroad. With 500+ clients, 20.000 handled trips and over 500 years of compliant workations, we're just getting started.

*� What You Will Do

Digital Marketing & Channel Expansion

  • Proactively identify and test new marketing channels (like Reddit, affiliate marketing, etc.) to generate quality leads and increase brand presence among our target audience.
  • Develop innovative strategies to expand our market reach, optimize campaign results, and evaluate long-term potential of new channels.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging visuals and (video) content for our Social Media Channels (LinkedIn and Meta).
  • Develop all types of marketing assets (visuals, whitepapers, one-pagers) primarily for the German-speaking audience.
  • Build and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research and content creation.
  • Support key WorkFlex team members with LinkedIn personal branding: Content creation & coaching – Drive follower growth, content engagement & lead generation.
  • Create and execute strategic email campaigns in HubSpot with persuasive copywriting that educates prospects about our webinars and solutions, nurtures them through the sales funnel, and ultimately drives higher conversion rates.

Event & Campaign Support

  • Help plan, coordinate, and organize marketing & sales events.
  • Assist with ordering and managing branded merchandise.

⭐ What You Need To Succeed

  • You bring at least 1 year of experience in B2B marketing
  • High proficiency in both German and English
  • Strong understanding of technology, sales, and marketing tools (incl. Google, Meta, and programmatic platforms).
  • Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience with video editing for social media channels.
  • Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, etc.) and eagerness to explore and test new tools.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Analyticsnice to have.
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for design and solid copywriting skills.
  • Analytical and collaborative – able to work closely with the sales team and back ideas with data.
  • Proactive attitude – comes prepared, suggests and implements new ideas, and looks for ways to improve how we work.
