Scope and Purpose
• To cover all the areas of the Accounting Department. • Opening anagraphic (customers, bonds, cd's and impersonal accounts). • Daily inputting and subsequent filing. Uploading Fex, curves and bonds prices. • Preparation and analysis of daily p/l reports. • Checking daily reports and investigating any discrepancies. • Assisting in preparing the Managements Accounts • BOE and Head Office reporting. • Assisting in preparing any relevant tax issues. • Booking items over fixed assets register.
Required Experience
• An Accounting, Administration background is preferable.
Competencies Required
• Able to deliver high work standards, proactive and committed in all aspects of his/her role. • Able to work extra hours during certain periods. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Prepared to take responsibility and assist the colleagues within the teams. • Knowledge of the Italian language would be an advantage.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
• Accounting & Finance, relevant work experience and/or Accounting qualifications preferable. • Financial services background highly desirable. • Proficiency in MS Office: Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point essential.
