Are you a strategic leader who thrives on complexity and wants to build a world-class testing function? Join our Naval Engineering Delivery team in Hengelo as an Integration, Verification, Validation & Qualification (IVVQ) Manager. You won't just be managing tests; you'll be the driving force behind the quality and integrity of our cutting-edge naval systems.

This is a key leadership position where you'll define strategy, lead a talented team, and shape the future of our innovative products from a quality-first perspective.

Your Responsibilities

As the IVVQ Manager, you will be the owner of all test-related activities. Your leadership and strategic vision will be critical in:

•    Defining and executing the IVVQ strategy: You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining the overarching strategy for our complex systems, ensuring seamless integration and delivery from end to end.

•    Leading a high-performing team: You will manage a team of IVVQ specialists, coordinating their work, setting priorities, and mentoring them to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

•    Driving a quality-first mindset: You'll ensure our IVVQ processes and tools are continuously adapted and improved to meet the evolving needs of our products and maintain the highest standards.

•    Overseeing the entire testing lifecycle: From building integration schedules and defining test benches to analyzing results and reporting progress, you will have full oversight. You'll also play a key role in formal qualification, acceptance, and certification processes.

•    Acting as a key stakeholder liaison: You'll be the primary point of contact for test-related activities, ensuring the IVVQ team consistently meets the expectations of both internal development departments and external clients.

About You

•    Exceptional leadership skills and a "can-do," solution-oriented mentality.

•    The ability to manage projects effectively, with a proven track record of meeting timelines and budget goals.
