Tasks where you will become an expert:
- Maintaining and updating the records of IT assets and configuration data in a CMDB system.
- Verifying, cleaning, and ensuring the accuracy of data.
- Preparing reports and supporting analyses.
- Liaising with other IT and business units.
This is for you if:
- You can commit to 30–40 hours per week.
- You are pursuing higher-level studies (computer science, economics, or a related field).
- You have basic IT knowledge and a systems mindset.
- You are precise and have good problem-solving skills.
- You have user-level proficiency in MS Excel.
- English language skills are an advantage.
