YOUR TALENT

• Whether as a team leader or manager in Customer Service, as a CRM consultant, IT consultant, IT project manager or account manager: you have a solid technical understanding in the area of cloud software integration (including API documentation) and you are interested in customer service processes.
• You are an "outside the box" problem solver.
• You have a confident manner, are very ambitious and can work independently.
• Business-fluent German skills are a must.
