Location: This role could be based in our London offices with time spent working in the office and at home.

The role
The role is in the IPV (Independent Price Verification Team. Role specific accountabilities are:
- Illiquid credit IPV to all entities across the Group
- Perform IPV on Level 1 and Level 2 assets
- Provide oversight to BAU activities (e.g. IPV) and investment proposals from but not limited to AM & Finance
- Review Valuation Methodologies for New Fund Managers/Products and writing and presenting papers for AVGC (Asset Valuation Governance Committee.)
- Assess, design and implement the development on quantitative credit risk management for illiquid credit assets
- Perform model validations on valuation and risk models
- Support the oversight and the quantitative analytic duties of investment management oversight team
- Maintain documentation of IPV Framework
- Stakeholder management to include representation at governance forums, committees and independent oversight bodies as required
What are we looking for?
- Strong knowledge of Private Markets (specifically Private Debt)
- Understanding of Bond Valuation is a plus
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Strong Excel/VBA skills
- Experience of using Bloomberg
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Need to be driven and a self-starter with an eye for detail.
