We are seeking a driven and meticulous Investment Analyst – Research & Investment Strategy to join our dynamic team. This is a key role focused on investment analysis, supporting portfolio strategy and asset selection through deep research and market insight. You will work closely with senior investment professionals to shape investment decisions and enhance client outcomes through rigorous research and thoughtful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investment research and analysis across asset classes including equities, fixed income, and managed funds.
• Evaluate macroeconomic trends, sectors, and securities to support asset allocation and investment selection.
• Develop and maintain financial models, market commentary, and investment recommendations.
• Assist in portfolio construction and rebalancing, ensuring alignment with strategic views.
• Collaborate with brokers and custodians to monitor and support trade execution and settlement.
• Produce performance analysis and risk reports for internal stakeholders and client reporting.
• Prepare investment insights and updates for clients and contribute to thought leadership content.
• Support the Investment Committee with research summaries, fund evaluations, and tactical ideas.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in investment analysis, research, or portfolio management.
• Proven skills in financial modelling, Excel, and data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear analytical mindset.
• A passion for markets, investing, and delivering results.
• A preference toward a CFA designation (but not essential).
