INTERNAL AUDITOR

Reports to: Internal Control Manager

Permanent – Full-Time

You will play an important role in developing the internal control function and are offered extensive opportunities for development and further education, working in an international environment characterized by entrepreneurship and forward-thinking.

What you will do

• Testing controls to ensure they are functioning;
• Documenting key processes and internal controls;
• Analyzing and compiling results from internal control tests, as well as preparing reports for management and the board;
• Following up on action plans and providing coaching for risk management;
• Acting as support and a sounding board to improve processes and provide guidance within the area;
• Participating in the implementation of internal controls for new entities within the group;
• Strengthening and developing existing and new processes, tools, and systems.

What you bring

• Relevant academic education;
• +5 years of experience in similar work and/or previous experience in external or internal auditing;
• Thoroughness and attention to detail, as well as an interest in analysis;
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Even better if you have

• Experience from larger organizations and international environments, as well as work with ICFR, IT controls, and COSO;
• CPA and/or CIA.
