OEM Partnerships, Logistics & Planning team

You will join the OEM Partnerships, Logistics & Planning team, which supports OEM partnerships with the world's largest tech giants, and you will also run and support logistics and planning projects.

Responsibilities and tasks

As an intern in OEM Partnerships, Logistics & Planning, you will work with:

• Supporting the team handling the strategic partnership with e.g., Google, Samsung, Microsoft, etc.
• Conduct market research on current and potential new OEM partners
• Support Business Development projects, including e.g., a global warehouse setup, logistic optimisations, and your own portfolio of SKUs to follow closely
• Assist the Planning team, including forecasting, demand planning, S&OP process improvement, and idea generation for optimisations
• Supporting our Logistics team with analysis, daily operation and making sure our cargo is transported to the right location, at the right time, for the right price
• Ad hoc analysis for various projects

What we’re looking for

We are looking for an Intern who is curious, friendly, and motivated to learn, collaborate and contribute to the team. You have a proactive and positive mindset. You’re a great team player who takes initiative and responsibility for your tasks.

• You are currently enrolled in a study program of Professions-bachelor, Value Chain Management at VIA or similar
• You are fluent in English and Danish – verbally and in writing
• You are more than the average user of Microsoft Excel
• You get things done!

Location and start date

You will be working closely with the Business Development and Customer Operations teams from our Headquarters at Delta 8, 8382 Hinnerup, an easy commute from Aarhus city centre with public transportation. The start date will be in late July or start August, depending on your studies.
