The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and timely administrative and technical support to the Underwriting team, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolution of enquiries from brokers/partners. The role involves assisting underwriters with policy administration, underwriting new business and renewals within set guidelines and service standards, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

We are recruiting an apprentice Insurance Claims/Administration Officer!

Your missions:

Within the Insurance Administration department you will support the team in managing studies and insurance contracts.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

1. Recording study requests for technical lines and preparing files for underwriters

  • In compliance with the procedures and deadlines established in the department
  • Under the supervision of your manager

2. Management of standard insurance contracts

  • Issuance of contracts and invoices
  • Simple administrative actions

Responsibilities will expand depending on the evolution of the department and the candidate's capabilities.

About you

  • Minimum education level: BTS in Business Administration or BTS in Insurance (1st or 2nd year)
  • A first experience in an insurance company or brokerage would be a plus
  • Excellent spelling and grammar, proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Rigour and organization, sense of service, dynamism and motivation, ability to manage priorities, team spirit
