Inside Sales Executive
Location: Pune or Mumbai (Work from home)
Job Type: Full time
Working Hours: 9 am – 5 pm US EST
Working Days: Monday - Thursday
(To ensure the best fit for this position, we are only accepting applications from candidates residing in Pune or Mumbai. We require all candidates to attend our monthly/quarterly team meetings in Pune. Participation is essential for fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment within the team)
(Only candidates with relevant ERP/IT staffing experience will be considered for this position.)
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Executive who is Performance-oriented and has a track record of over-achieving quota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated success in business development within the B2B sector with must-have experience in the US Staffing industry - IT/ERP-focused
- Proven ability to generate leads and attract potential clients with previous experience in Email Marketing and Sales Intelligence tools.
- Utilises various communication channels, including email, phone, and LinkedIn, to perform outreach to clients, establish connections, and foster ongoing relationships.
- Proficient in setting up meetings with prospective clients and maintaining engagement throughout the client acquisition process.
- Consistently maintains client engagement from initial contact to successful Signing of the agreement.
- Collaborates with the team to analyze market trends and devise innovative strategies to attract new clients.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Research New Client Opportunities
- 200+ cold calls/dials per day
- 5+ new client conversations each day
- Set up 1+ new client meeting each week
- One New Deal booking of $20K+ in Gross Profit per month
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent email drafting and cold-calling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Lead Generation /Demand Generation.
- Performance-oriented and a track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence with extensive experience in making dozens of calls per day, particularly in international markets such as North America.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications:
- 1.5 to 3 years of experience, as a Sales/business development / Inside Sales Executive focused on the US Staffing industry, is mandatory.
- A degree is Mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
On Target Compensation: Rs 21 ~ 24 LPA
Base Annual Salary range: Rs 6.48 ~ 8.62 LPA
Base Salary: ₹5.4 -₹7.2 LPA
Bonus: ₹1.08-₹1.44 Lakhs on the anniversary with the company
