About Time Doctor

Time Doctor is a workforce analytics platform that gives leaders AI-powered, actionable insights into how work actually happens. By turning activity and productivity data into practical intelligence, Time Doctor helps organizations make smarter decisions, support employee well-being, and lead with trust, not control, across remote, hybrid, and in-office teams.

Why Join Us

🌍 100% remote and async-first — work from anywhere

🚀 Mission-driven company shaping the future of work

💪 Strong product-market fit with tens of thousands of users (and growing)

🤝 Collaborative, humble, high-performing team

🌴 Competitive pay + 30+ days of paid time off

The Role

We’re looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial Product Manager to explore and drive new product directions for Time Doctor’s data-rich SaaS platform.

You’ll focus on identifying unmet market needs, designing strategies, and building products that deliver breakthrough value — especially through AI-powered insights and automation. This is a high-impact, experimental role ideal for someone who thrives on hypothesis-driven innovation and rapid iteration.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Discovery

💡 Identify new opportunities in markets Time Doctor doesn’t yet serve

🎯 Build strategies and roadmaps with a focus on AI-driven value creation

📈 Use work activity data to uncover insights and automate workflows

🧠 Rapidly test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly

Execution & Delivery

🧩 Define features and roadmap priorities aligned with business goals

🤝 Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver value

💬 Communicate directly with customers to validate solutions

⚡ Lead end-to-end delivery of new products and MVPs

Enablement & Growth

✍️ Maintain clear product documentation and internal training materials

🪴 Support customer education and continuous improvement initiatives

Job requirements

What you’ll bring

🎯 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience

🧠 Strong understanding of product strategy, discovery, and roadmap ownership

💬 Excellent written and async communication skills

💡 Proven ability to turn complex challenges into simple, valuable solutions

🤝 Comfortable influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority

🌍 Experience working fully remote and async-first

⚡ “Zero to one” experience - bringing brand new products to market (not only iterating on existing products)
