The Senior Influencer Manager is responsible for building and supporting great relationships with content creators and on devising creative influencer campaigns. They are directly involved in developing and nurturing our Fog Whisperer program. This person is an exceptional communicator and strategic thinker, passionate about creating, engaging content and communication plans. They should have a solid understanding of gaming’s Influencer space across Twitch, YouTubeand Tik Tok, and of top influencers within those spaces. This person will partner closelywith the Community, Brandand MarketingCommunications teams to create great opportunities for our existing partners and upcoming influencers in the space.

In this role you will:

  • Build creative influencer campaign strategies to support key marketing beats;
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve our Fog Whisperer Program;
  • Closely track and analyse key results to learn from successes and failures and build plans to adapt based on those learnings;
  • Drive conversation and engage with Fog Whisperers and organic influencers across a variety of channels (ex. Discord, Twitch, etc.);
  • Keep an eye on upcoming trends in the Influencer space;
  • Identify potential new partners for our program;
  • Collaborate with partner teams to execute on bigger brand initiatives;
  • Create regular reports on Fog Whispererfeedback & activityas well as general Dead by Daylight creator activity;
  • Develop and pitch content creator campaigns to engage our influencers.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5 years + of working with gaming influencers or in the Community Management space;
  • You play and enjoy video games on PC and Console (bonus points if you play Dead by Daylight) ;
  • A true team player, you love working together to create great player experiences;
  • Deep knowledge and passion for the influencer and content creator communities;
  • History of creating engaging content and managing communications;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • A solid understanding of the video game streaming space (Twitch, YouTube, Tik Tok) and what makes a top influencer in the space;
  • Bonus: You have experience as a streamer in the video game space.
