Are you passionate about indie games and the communities that bring them to life? Behaviour Interactive is looking for a creative, driven, and socially savvy intern to join our Indie Publishing team as a Social Media Coordinator. This is your opportunity to play a key role in the launch and ongoing promotion of our unique title "It Has My Face". As part of our indie publishing efforts, you'll help craft the voice and presence of this emerging title across social platforms. If you're eager to grow your career in game marketing and want to help shape the online narrative of standout indie games, we want to hear from you.

In this role you will

• Develop and implement social media strategies and timelines for our new publishing partnership with NightByte Games on It Has My Face.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, hashtags, and relevant conversations.
• Create and publish engaging social media content on a daily basis.
• Explore and apply your creativity to turn our communication goals into engaging, relevant content.
• Monitor the performance of social media posts and provide optimization recommendations to improve engagement and reach.

What we're looking for :

• Strong Passion for indie games and always on top of what’s hot in the scene.
• You scroll like it’s your job and now it could be. You know your memes, trends, and TikTok sounds by heart.
• University studies or relevant experience in Marketing related field.
• Solid understanding of social media and community platforms including YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, Steam, Reddit, Discord, Bluesky, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in both English and French is a plus.
