About this role
Our Inbound Sales team is one of the most important functions in our business. Your primary responsibilities will be to qualify, nurture and close new business opportunities in collaboration with our Partner and Directors in alignment with the firms’ strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Introduce relevant Grant Thornton stakeholders to prospective clients
- Prepare and develop proposals on live opportunities
- Nurture prospects by leveraging marketing campaigns and events
- Log activities in CRM and CRM management
- Closely collaborate with Directors and Partners across various business lines to support future clients
Skills & experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships, both within the organisation and with external partners
- Excellent organisation skills and detail-oriented
- Demonstrate honesty and ethical behaviour, consistently treating others with respect
- Open to be coached and trained by peers and colleagues
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- 6 months of B2B sales or client-facing experience, engaging with existing customers and new prospects
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to comfortably engage in a virtual environment
- High attention to detail
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding KPIs
- Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce is a plus
