As a new colleague in Germany, you will play a central role in demonstrating how Luscii creates space for care and achieves real impact in the German healthcare system. You will support leading healthcare organizations in the successful implementation of our programs, help them scale their digital care, and ensure clinical value is realized in practice. Your work will influence how quickly and sustainably digital care is established in Germany.
You will be part of an international, self-organized company where ownership, clarity, and collaboration matter. You are hands-on, enjoy working with people at all levels, and like to drive things from A to Z while steering complex implementations toward measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end implementation for (prospective) Luscii customers in Germany.
- Act as the central point of contact for clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Plan and manage implementations from kickoff through go-live to evaluation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Build trust, remove obstacles, communicate early, and support customers in scaling their programs and measuring impact.
- Coordinate processes with hospitals, health insurers, pharmaceutical partners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure best practices are followed and risks are identified, anticipated, and escalated with pragmatic solutions.
- Help customers increase patient numbers, expand departments, and measure outcomes.
- Maintain senior-level relationships and drive outcome-focused development.
- Identify opportunities for program extensions and renewals based on relevant data and impact KPIs.
- Keep progress transparent through structured communication internally and with customers.

Ideal Profile:
You probably won’t check every box, but if you meet most of the following, we’d love to hear from you:
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in comparable roles or environments, plus a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Solid understanding of the German healthcare system and how clinicians work with digital solutions.
- Strong project management skills with proven experience in complex end-to-end implementations or technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with technical implementations and the ability to translate them for all stakeholders.
- Persuasive communication and influence skills, plus a relevant network in German healthcare.
- The confidence to say “no” when necessary for success.
- Willingness to travel within Germany and maintain an on-site presence when required.
- Excellent English skills, as English is our primary working language.
We seek candidates already living and working in Germany who speak German and English fluently and have a demonstrable background in the medical field.
