Job description
Do you have experience with payroll administration and HR software, and would you like to help organizations implement a powerful payroll system? We are looking for an Implementation Consultant who helps (future) customers successfully transfer their HR and payroll processes to our software. In this customer-facing role you work with a variety of organizations and you also influence the further development of our product.
In this role you will:
- Support existing customers in optimizing configuration and executing migrations;
- Guide new customers through migrations and set up processes that best suit their organization;
- Ensure new customers can use Nmbrs comfortably and confidently;
- Visit customers for migrations, which increasingly can also take place remotely;
- Advise potential customers together with the sales team about Nmbrs possibilities;
- Consult with product owners about desired new features and product improvements;
- Share knowledge with the support team and mentor starters.

What you bring
- Experience with payroll administration and working with payroll software (such as Nmbrs or similar packages);
- A PDL certificate, and possibly an NCP certification;
- The ability to take the lead in projects and tasks;
- A self-starting attitude and a strong sense of responsibility;
- A team-oriented mindset, even in a role that sometimes feels solitary.
