Only considering candidates eligible to work in Netherlands ⚠️
As an Impact Specialist (digital care) you are the primary point of contact for our clients and concretely give shape to our mission: creating space for care. You build long-term relationships with hospitals, immerse yourself in their ambitions, processes and challenges, and translate these into measurable impact through Luscii’s programs. You take full ownership of customer success after go-live and ensure that programs not only run, but demonstrably add value for care providers and patients.
Within Luscii you continuously monitor and increase the value we deliver. Together with the implementation specialist you ensure a successful rollout, optimize programs based on data and expand them where relevant. You make results transparent and actionable, both for the client and internally.
You identify opportunities within hospitals and help them make optimal use of the platform. At the same time you are their first point of contact. You are hands-on, eager to learn and navigate easily within complex healthcare organizations. Thanks to your structured approach you ensure collaborations not only start well, but remain sustainably successful and impactful.
Your role
As an Impact Specialist you are responsible for the operational success and growth of Luscii—both in number of programs and number of patients—at your clients. You act as the first point of contact, the person who understands their objectives and supports them on both operational and tactical levels.
What you will do:
- Understand clients’ needs and objectives and guide them to achieve their goals in care innovation and digitalization.
- Provide operational support throughout the entire lifecycle of their programs.
- Serve as a sparring partner for healthcare organizations on development, implementation and scaling of programs.
- Guide clients in scaling patient numbers, improving program quality and maximizing impact.
- Identify opportunities to expand collaborations and achieve goals within the hospital and with regional partners.

…probably doesn’t exist, but if you tick most of the boxes below—apply anyway! We’re looking for someone comfortable taking ownership and making well-considered independent decisions. - At least five years of experience in a similar role (Customer Success Manager/Specialist, Account or Relationship Manager) in a project-based function involving consultancy and advisory work.
- You know what clients need through your market and sector knowledge, thinking beyond the short term to anticipate future needs.
- You thrive in a flexible environment—you work at hospitals, with partners, on-site with the team and from home, and enjoy frequent travel.
- You can work independently and collaboratively; you manage partnerships autonomously while being part of a closely knit team.
- English is our internal language at Luscii, so you are fluent. Client communication is conducted entirely in Dutch.
