Vacancy Details

Duration: Secondment or Fixed Term Contract for 12 months with the potential to be extended. (Please note, secondments are subject to line manager approval, please discuss this with them before applying).

Location: This role is based in Milton Keynes, you must live within 90 minutes and be willing to come into the office regularly. This role is a full-time opportunity, flexible working patterns will be considered.

Band & Salary: Band 4C, Salary £43,588 - £49,036

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders and driving business success through effective people strategies. You’ll bring a commercial mindset and the ability to align HR strategy with business needs, while helping to develop and retain top talent. You should be confident in coaching, influencing, and partnering with senior managers to achieve organisational goals. Experience in supporting organisational change initiatives (e.g restructuring, or redundancy programmes) is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Essential Criteria

·Employee Relations Experience

·Proven experience of working in partnership and building strong working relationships with senior managers in to improve people management

·You’ll demonstrate strong business/commercial approach and understanding of business needs.

·Passionate about customer service with ability to articulate previous achievements through business deliverables.

·Knowledge and experience of implementing best practice HR solutions

·Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and influence effectively with all levels of an organisation alongside coaching and influencing senior managers.

·Understands how to work with the business to identify, develop and retain talent.

·Excellent technical HR Knowledge - CIPD qualified or relevant experience to demonstrate level of competence.

·Proven track record of operating in a complex working environment.

·Involvement in organisation change programmes e.g. TUPE, Organisation re-design,redundancy programmes, etc
