Job Description
As an HR Operations Team Lead, you will play a key role in supervising and optimizing the operations of the human resources shared services. Reporting to the Manager, Shared Services - HR Operations, you will lead a team of dedicated HR Coordinators responsible for managing daily HR operational processes. Your expertise in team and process management will be crucial to ensuring the smooth running of HR operations within the organization.
What you will do
Team management:
- Lead and supervise the shared services operations team, ensuring a high level of service and productivity.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to effectively support internal clients.
- Work with team members to set clear objectives and expectations, providing regular follow-up and support to foster professional development.
- Promote a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
Process optimization:
- Assess existing HR operational processes and implement process improvement initiatives within the team to increase efficiency and reliability of operations.
- Streamline workflows to optimize service quality and ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices.
Integration of new processes:
- Collaborate with shared services managers and cross-functional HR teams to integrate new processes seamlessly into HR operations.
- Contribute to the development of deployment plans and timelines for new processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to daily operations.
Quality assurance:
- Establish and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of HR service delivery.
Data analysis and reporting:
- Use HR data and metrics to evaluate team performance.
- Report on team activities and key performance indicators.
Stakeholder communication:
- Proactively address concerns or questions raised by stakeholders to ensure a positive and transparent experience with the HR team.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment.
Change management:
- Lead change management initiatives related to process improvements and introduction of new HR operations.
- Provide guidance and support to the team and stakeholders to facilitate successful deployment of changes.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (ideally in French and English), with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
