Introduction

We are looking for people who have just graduated in STEM disciplines and are interested in HR work environment.

Analytical skills coupled with team building and problem solving competences are the key elements we are looking for, focusing on people who are willing to start a professional path in the Group.

You will be joining the team of Performance Management, Goal Setting & Data Analysis within the International Subsidiary Banks Division, dealing with finalization of dashboards and reports with high complexity as well as with dedicated analyses, contributing to the digitalization of Divisional HR processes.

You wil be dealing with:

▪ Development and finalization of HR reports and dashboards

▪ Implementation of dedicated reports on a regular basis (montly and quarterly)

▪ Monitoring and analysis of main dynamics to interpret HR phenomena and support the related strategic actions

▪ Sharing information and solutions by using the available tools

▪ Contribution to HR Digital Transformation projects

Moroever, you will be participating in the activities related to Performance Management processes both at Head Office and at Subsidiaries levels, in terms of:

▪ Monitoring of KPIs, in collaboration with Divisional P&C functions, during Goal Setting and Evaluation phases

▪ Contribution to ensuring the respect of methodological framework

▪ Taking care of the relations and communications with all involved stakeholders

Requirements

▪ Master's degree in STEM disciplines or equivalent ones

 ▪ Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with focus on Excel and Power Point

▪ Knowledge of Power BI is a plus

▪ Good knowledge of English

▪ Analytical and quant mindset

▪ Sensitivity and attention to HR topics

▪ Good competence in interpreting and reading Company dynamics

▪ Organizational and planning skills

▪ Flexibility and team buliding
