HR Contracts and Policies Internship

Introduction

The mission of the structure is to provide guidelines and support the ISBD Subsidiaries for anything that concerns HR Contracts, Policies, Remuneration/Companration&Benefit topics and Corporate Bodies appointments, making sure ISP Group internal rules are respected, as well as the local legal requirements.

What will be your activities

    Collection, registration and delivery of the necessary documentation and support to the candidates in obtaining the documentation (i.e.: criminal/tax/education certificates, credit declarations, etc.)  to be presented to the local Regulators for the approval of the appointment as well as for subsequent renewals of the mandate;

    Support to the arrangement and update of a forthcoming database with all information related to the Membership of our managers to SB/MB;

    Collection documents from the external/internal Stakeholders / providers (i.e.: Court, Notary, etc…);

    Relationship with the other ISP Offices to gather all the information required to let the Preparation of professional & learning statements for Board Members;

    Arrangement of the Fit&Proper documents to be submitted to the Nomination Committee and to Regulators;

    Support to Group and Legal Entity Risk Takers for the opening of bank accounts and securities deposits for the crediting of emoluments, bonuses, tax refunds as well as management of the tax code request for foreign Risk Takers;

    ISBD International Healthcare Programme: communications and relationships between the service provider and the ISBD Banks.

Requirements

  • Good mastery of English Language (other ISBD languages are a plus)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (maninly MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
