Job description

As a talented and ambitious Head of Revenue Operations, you will report directly to our CRO and be responsible for creating and lead the overall direction and strategy for the company’s revenue teams, that makes the Welcome to the Jungle’s a growing success.

Leading a team of 10 talented people (Analysts, Enablement, Customer Experience Ops, insights managers, revenue enablement managers, customer ops managers) you will work in tight relation with the whole Revenue department (Sales, Account Management, Delivery, Customer Care), as well as with C-Levels and their teams across the company (Legal, Finance, Marketing …).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop the local and international strategy of a company that is uniquely positioned in the industry, to build an impactful Revenue strategy and to work with a team of passionate and talented specialists.

Here’s a snapshot of you and your team’s future responsibilities - locally and internationally :

  • Planning & Strategy : Design solid Rev Ops foundations, own and execute key internal processes & tools across the sales cycle and design a robust roadmap.
  • Optimisation & Scale : Monitor WTTJ’s performance across the prospect & customer journey, from acquisition to cross sell, upsell, expansion, retention and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, coach and lead a team of highly talented RevOps specialists and managers towards high performance, by giving them direction, motivating them and growing their skills in the long run.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor revenue generation performance, analyze opportunities for growth acceleration, recommend, build and deliver cross-functional action plans. Research and track key metrics to assess our business health, proactively identify opportunities, measure the effectiveness of your strategy and report on your team’s successes.
  • Engaging, Aligning and Onboard Senior Stakeholders : Become the absolute reference on everything revenue-related at WTTJ & act as sparring partner for the whole Business team, Customer success, Operations and Marketing leaders.

Our Head of Revenue Operations would be someone with:

  • 10+ years of experience in a Business - Revenue Ops role, operating in a fast-paced environment and interacting with C-Levels and senior leadership
  • Experience in driving teams of diverse individuals towards high performance, based on respect and care
  • Ability to be hands on and think strategically
  • Track record in building Revenue Operations Strategy that have a clearly monitored and demonstrated impact
  • Excellent communication skills, both in French and English
