RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead & Grow: Drive the growth of the Paid Media department, manage financial KPIs, and build a top-tier team.
  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, performance goals, and career growth opportunities for your team.
  • Client Strategy: Develop and implement tailored and exceptional Paid Media strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Innovation: Keep us ahead of industry trends, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team.
  • Sales & Marketing: Contribute to new business development, positioning Reflect Digital as an industry thought leader.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Expertise in developing and executing single and multi channel Paid Media strategies
  • Experience with managing PPC (Google, Microsoft, Amazon)
  • Experience with paid social channels (Meta, LinkedIn) and programmatic would be beneficial
  • Strong track record of achieving growth targets and financial KPIs.
  • Passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders

The package

  1. Salary: £55K+ DOE
  2. Annual Leave: 28 days (ex., Bank Holidays) plus Birthdays, Charity day and between Christmas and NY.
  3. Flexible working, 4-day work week, hybrid working available for some roles
