Scoro’s Operations team is looking for a Head of Growth Operations in Tallinn.

Join our team and play a key role in driving our company’s growth. In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate closely with Go-to-Market (GTM) leaders to design, monitor, and implement growth strategies. Your contributions will significantly shape our company-wide initiatives.

You will lead a Growth Operations team of two, empowering your team members while handling complex tasks and initiatives. Your days will be diverse and engaging, with plenty of opportunities to work with colleagues across various teams. The only constants will be change and continuous improvement.

This is a temporary role, covering maternity leave at least until January 2026.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Process Enhancement: Leading and implementing improvements to streamline GTM operations to develop and execute growth plans essential for achieving company growth objectives.
  • Business Insights: Monitoring business performance at a high and granular level to provide observations and actionable recommendations to GTM divisional leaders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Managing and contributing to regular KPI and business metrics reporting, conducting ad-hoc analysis, driving continuous improvement to meet the needs of in-house stakeholders and investors, and identifying measures for modernization.
  • Team Building: Nurturing and managing the Growth Ops team (two people), empowering them to achieve results and personal growth through effective mentorship and leadership.
  • Data Management: Ensuring data accuracy, particularly within the CRM system (we use Hubspot) to support the sales team.
  • Communication and Coordination: spearheading the implementation of agreed plans and processes; collaborating internally with leaders and members of other teams to assure alignment, especially in case of cross-team initiatives.
  • Other Ongoing Tasks: taking care of additional ad hoc requests within the team & management.

We offer:

  • 4-day work week without compressed hours;
  • Stock options package to all our employees;
  • 3 paid medical days per year;
  • Wellbeing perks, mental health services;
  • Individual budget for books or courses & access to the Udemy learning platform;
  • A cozy (and animal-friendly) working space in Tallinn downtown (working remotely is supported);
  • Atmosphere flooded with humor and, of course – great team events and trainings;
  • Bi-annual global events;
  • An international team and unique company culture built on trust, common sense, and laughter.

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • Leadership Skills: You have experience in a similar leadership role or demonstrated expertise in effectively guiding and mentoring a team on a project basis.
  • Commercial mindset: You understand business processes and data well and can translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Attention to detail with a bigger picture view: You’re great at focusing on small details while understanding how they fit into the overall goals and objectives.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills: You are comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets to effectively manage, analyze, and summarize large amounts of information.
  • Collaborative nature: You can build strong relationships, listen, and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • "Can-Do" attitude and problem-solving skills: You’re a solution-oriented person willing to explore all options to overcome challenges by applying excellent change and project management skills.
  • English proficiency: You have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Positive and reasonable personality: You're a great team player who mixes professionalism with a touch of humor, making teamwork effective and fun.

You get extra points for:

  • Experience in Go-to-Market specifics, preferably in a SaaS business;
  • Experience working with CRM management (Hubspot in particular);
  • Having a degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a background leading projects in audit.

Please do not see everything in this job ad as a "must have" but rather as a guiding list of what we're looking for. We know that no candidate will be the perfect match for all we've mentioned in this posting, so don't be afraid to apply if you feel you're close to the brief but not "spot on"
