Scoro’s Operations team is looking for a Head of Growth Operations in Tallinn.
Join our team and play a key role in driving our company’s growth. In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate closely with Go-to-Market (GTM) leaders to design, monitor, and implement growth strategies. Your contributions will significantly shape our company-wide initiatives.
You will lead a Growth Operations team of two, empowering your team members while handling complex tasks and initiatives. Your days will be diverse and engaging, with plenty of opportunities to work with colleagues across various teams. The only constants will be change and continuous improvement.
This is a temporary role, covering maternity leave at least until January 2026.

Your responsibilities include:
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Process Enhancement: Leading and implementing improvements to streamline GTM operations to develop and execute growth plans essential for achieving company growth objectives.
- Business Insights: Monitoring business performance at a high and granular level to provide observations and actionable recommendations to GTM divisional leaders.
- Reporting and Analysis: Managing and contributing to regular KPI and business metrics reporting, conducting ad-hoc analysis, driving continuous improvement to meet the needs of in-house stakeholders and investors, and identifying measures for modernization.
- Team Building: Nurturing and managing the Growth Ops team (two people), empowering them to achieve results and personal growth through effective mentorship and leadership.
- Data Management: Ensuring data accuracy, particularly within the CRM system (we use Hubspot) to support the sales team.
- Communication and Coordination: spearheading the implementation of agreed plans and processes; collaborating internally with leaders and members of other teams to assure alignment, especially in case of cross-team initiatives.
- Other Ongoing Tasks: taking care of additional ad hoc requests within the team & management.

- Commercial mindset: You understand business processes and data well and can translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Attention to detail with a bigger picture view: You’re great at focusing on small details while understanding how they fit into the overall goals and objectives.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills: You are comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets to effectively manage, analyze, and summarize large amounts of information.
- Collaborative nature: You can build strong relationships, listen, and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- "Can-Do" attitude and problem-solving skills: You’re a solution-oriented person willing to explore all options to overcome challenges by applying excellent change and project management skills.
- English proficiency: You have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Positive and reasonable personality: You're a great team player who mixes professionalism with a touch of humor, making teamwork effective and fun.
You get extra points for:
- Experience in Go-to-Market specifics, preferably in a SaaS business;
- Experience working with CRM management (Hubspot in particular);
- Having a degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a background leading projects in audit.
