ABOUT THE ROLE

As a part of our strategic evolution, we seek more than just a skilled professional – we’re looking for a standout personality! Someone who is autonomous, an expert, goal-oriented, and passionate about transport industry. We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial spirit who isn’t afraid to think outside the box !

With prior experience in Business Development in the sector of transport or logistics, or a related field, you’re ready to take on the pivotal role of Head of Business Development. In this position, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s growth and success, driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering valuable partnerships. As a true ambassador of the brand, you’ll represent FlibTravel International with excellence and vision. You are responsible to set up and lead state of the art business development department which is responsible to push forward, secure and optimize companies growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You set up business development unit matching with the needs of expansion and growth of the company
  • You identify new potential business and you’re responsible for meeting the companies growth objectives
  • You analyze internal and external data sources in the airport transportation sector
  • You manage key client relationships and work to build new ones
  • You help take Flibco to the next level and drive our company to grow in Europe
  • You evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t
  • You grow the win-win relationship with our partners and help to answer all their queries
  • Expands the profile and reach of the company and its brands
  • You develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration, manage proposal response process, including detailed requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
  • You provide advice on product development and distribution and promotion strategies
  • You build strong partnerships with our bus partner companies and act as a competent consultant for them

WHAT IS REQUIRED?

  • Outstanding business development skills
  • Modern leadership is not a just buzzword for you
  • Experience in the transport sector/logistics in a leading position
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development
  • Interest in mobility and in the airport environment
  • Experience in transport or logistics and working with digital platforms and ecosystems would be an asset
  • Highly social, communicative, and strong negotiation skills
  • English fluent mandatory, any other European language would be valued positively
