The Position
The Marketing Executive is an exciting and essential role for our continued growth with new business and customer development. We are now looking for a highly creative, ambitious marketer to lead the promotion of our business and take it to the next level.
Who you are and what you will do

- You are an independent operator who is at ease when working with a large amount of autonomy.
- You’re equally comfortable leading projects both internally and externally and have no issues in rolling up your sleeves to dig into the details yourself.
- You can communicate clearly, with the ability to explain, argue and convince a wide cross-section of internal and external stakeholders about your ideas.
- You will collaborate with development to ensure clear, differentiated product positioning, and other internal stakeholders to ensure demand generation objectives are achieved ongoing.
- Support the marketing manager with the overall delivery of lead generation and campaign delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver compelling marketing campaigns.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Engage with partners and customers to understand their needs and enhance their experience with our brand.
- Utilize cutting-edge MarTech tools to optimize marketing efforts and measure effectiveness.

Requirements:
- You are energised by the challenge of directly impacting the scaling of a business.
- You will ideally have had past experience in a Marketing/Product Marketing role in a SaaS based B2B (or B2B2C) tech company, with accountabilities as above.
- You will have experience in creating clear strategies that are aligned with the overall business goals.
- You are ready to maximise the awareness of our new brand and maintain its impact on the website and all other media channels.
- You will possess accurate analytical skills with the ability to understand and consolidate customer and campaign data & insights into a clear marketing value proposition and strategy.
- You will have had experience in organising webinars, by creating campaigns around topical themes to deliver engaging and insightful content.
- You have previously had experience in effective research of the market, competitors and new offerings.
- You are able to produce and share relevant data with the Sales team.
- You are digitally minded and tech-savvy.
- You are a creative thinker with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- You have a proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
- You are tenacious, driven and ambitious.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of MarTech and its application in modern marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement disruptive marketing ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You have a proven track record in lead generation from global brands.
- Print, printing, events or marketing agency industry experience preferred.
- You have the ability to interpret and communicate software and product messages into customer-facing content.
This role accommodates remote working; however, we would also encourage regular days based in our newly renovated office space (with parking), in Lindfield, West Sussex.
