About the team you'll be joining

You'll join our established Marketing Team, reporting into Carolyn, our Marketing Lead. Your team is made up of the Social Media Manager, 2 CRM Managers, and a Marketing Creative. You'll also collaborate with teams across Seatfrog including Product, Design, and Commercial, enabling and executing various growth plans and initiatives across the business.

The Role

Primarily, the Growth Manager will live at the intersection of Marketing and Product, focussing on customer acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue. It’s a role with autonomy, and as part of your long term objectives you’ll be responsible for defining our Growth plan, coordinating and executing growth initiatives that unlock new customer acquisition channels and drive users more effectively through the funnel. Remember, Seatfrog is all app based, so you'll need to be particularly knowledgeable and experienced in app growth.

Seatfrog prides itself delivering at pace and by leading growth, you’ll need to be ready to fail fast and scale quickly.

What you'll do

  • Define, deliver and execute on a growth strategy and testing plan to take Seatfrog to the next level of growth
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs & behaviours through every stage of the lifecycle
  • Identify, develop & test growth strategies across product and marketing to increase customer acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.
  • Lead the planning, implementation & measurement of multi-channel marketing campaigns identifying the right channels to scale growth
  • Contribute to product development, proposing improvements from insights gained through experimentation in order to improve the customer journey and suggesting new features that would make each product more marketable & increase performance
  • Analyse and optimise performance through data-driven insights and A/B testing
  • Study the industry & competitors ,and identify new strategies to help our products reach ever-increasing heights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, sales, design, finance, engineering) to align efforts with our business goals

What you'll need

  • 5+ Years in Growth roles
  • Experience in app based growth
  • A good understanding of how technology works
  • An ability to work with Engineering and Product to develop Minimal Loveable Products to test
  • Experience in a startup, scale up (or similarly high paced company), in B2B and consumer
  • A deep understanding of the way Marketing, Technology, and Product meet at intersections
  • Strong experience of using reporting suites such as Tableau, Amplitude, Google analytics and Google adwords.

We're currently taking a flexible approach to where our team work - we have a great office near Liverpool St should you wish to use it, but we welcome applications from across the UK, as many of us work remote first.
