ABOUT HAPPITY
Happity is the UK's best-loved website for baby & toddler classes. We're looking for a Growth Admin Assistant to join our Marketing Team for 4 months initially - and possibly beyond.
We are a small team on a mission to make sure no new parent feels alone, and we are proud of our achievements with our products. We've seen huge growth in the last 2 years, with up to 350k unique users to our website each month, ~115k parents subscribed to our mailing list, and over 5.5k class providers listing their classes.
We trust our team to work remotely, taking responsibility for their own working practices that will help them deliver their best work.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:
The role would primarily involve researching to find class providers not yet listed on Happity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Finding baby & toddler classes not yet listed on Happity
- Registering providers
- Other ad-hoc admin tasks

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- Previous admin experience
- Good research skills
- Common sense, a positive can-do attitude, and is a team player
- Knowledge of the baby & toddler class market

HOURS & COMPENSATION
Hours : This is a part-time, 4-month contract role. It requires 10-15 hours per week with the potential for additional hours when required by the business - the majority of the team work part-time as standard.
You should be available to work on weekday afternoons (12-4pm) primarily.
Pay: £11.44 per hour
