Responsibilities:

• Design professional marketing collateral including flyers, door hangers, and promotional materials
• Create print-ready files that meet commercial printing specifications
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials
• Collaborate directly with the client team to understand project requirements and objectives
• Provide creative input on design direction and marketing effectiveness
• Make design revisions based on feedback and evolving business needs
• Prepare files in appropriate formats for various printing and digital applications
• Support future marketing initiatives and web design projects as the role expands

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating professional print marketing materials
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design capabilities for service businesses
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software
• Technical knowledge of print production requirements and file preparation
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate computer setup
• Experience with marketing collateral for service-based businesses preferred
• Ability to work independently while meeting established deadlines
• Comfortable with direct client communication and feedback implementation
• Available for 10 hours per week with consistent schedule
