Graphic Designer

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Flexible (4 hours/day, 5 days/week) within client's business hours ​

Work Arrangement:

• 15–20 hours/week
• Flexible schedule with weekly check-ins

Company Overview: One of the client's businesses is a lifestyle and tech-themed apparel brand focused on empowering innovators, tech professionals, and creators. The other is a managed IT services franchise supporting businesses in the Lancaster, PA service area. Together, these brands need an experienced Graphic Designer to help shape their visual identity and produce modern, impactful designs across e-commerce and digital campaigns.

Position Summary: We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content for the social media and marketing campaigns of the client's 2 businesses. You’ll work closely with the founder, e-commerce assistant, and social media specialist to develop consistent, polished visuals that support each brand’s mission and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design tech-themed apparel, mugs, hats, and accessories
• Create polished product mockups, graphics, and promotional visuals for Shopify store
• Support the marketing team with graphics for campaigns, social posts, event promotions, email banners, and presentations
• Design branded assets including social media templates, ad graphics, event flyers, and other visuals for both brands
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across platforms and channels
• Collaborate with the social media specialist on planning visual assets in alignment with content calendars

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
• Strong understanding of design principles, brand identity, and minimalist/modern style
• Experience designing for apparel and print products (including Printful mockups)
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, and color
• Organized, deadline-oriented, and proactive communicator

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with Shopify store visuals and Printful product templates
• Experience supporting social media content creation
• Knowledge of tech or cybersecurity-related visuals
