Job Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Google Ads Specialist - with a focus on ensuring the precise execution of bridging between the content team and general Business Development (BD) team members. You will collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Strategy, BD/Sales, Customer Relations, and Marketing teams to build customer demand, improve user experience, and help drive sales while translating, and liaising with the customer, and internal BD/Sales team feedback to the engineering team.

You will also partner with BD/Sales to improve how we take the product to market: developing positioning and messaging; conducting market/comp product, features, and services analysis; and setting up externally and internally facing paid ads and on/off advertising, PR, various promotional materials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and grow the Daily Active Users, Weekly Active Users, and Monthly Active Users traffic and build up strategy with the marketing team
  • Lead Google ads and be in charge of collaborating, and managing keywords, and semantic cores
  • Handle paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest
  • Create video, photo and content assets necessary for the paid ads and other campaigns on social media
  • Help formulate growth strategy and closely monitor the KPIs
  • Develop actionable, data-driven insights to repurpose old content into a marketing and sales enablement strategy or create new content, marketing strategy
  • Drive external merchant accounts (e.g- Facebook Shop, Google Merchant..etc) for direct sales conversions using various digital channels, ensure and monitor the ROIs

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and growth strategy formulation.
  • Strong understanding of traffic growth strategies and experience in driving user engagement.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Creative content creation skills, including video, photo, and copywriting for digital campaigns.
  • Experience with managing and optimizing external merchant accounts and digital sales channels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and direct sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Scope:

  • Part-time role, 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM - 5PM Vienna, Austria
