🤝 About the Global Partner role

As a Global Partner, you are a trusted introducer and external partner, helping to connect Remote Health with companies, founders, and HR leaders around the world.

You'll start meaningful conversations, build trusted relationships, and guide companies toward Remote Health as a simple way to protect their teams, wherever they are.

You'll focus on building relationships, understanding company needs, and sharing tailored proposals, after which our internal team will handle onboarding, payments, and logistics.

*�‍💻 What you'll do

  • Identify companies that could benefit from Remote Health
  • Build relationships with founders, HR leaders, and executive decision-makers
  • Start meaningful, insight-driven conversations about their needs and tailor proposals to fit each company
  • Guide qualified companies through the needs assessment and proposal stage, then hand over to the team for onboarding
  • Collaborate with the Head of Distribution to refine strategies and improve conversion
  • Track your activity, document learnings, and expand your reach month by month

  • Is autonomous and can own their results
  • Sells with integrity; you listen first to earn trust
  • Is ambitious, driven, and self-directed, creating your own opportunities
  • Takes ownership, learns fast, and finds solutions instead of waiting for them
  • Has (or can quickly build) an existing network of founders, HR leaders or global companies
