Game Designer (Social - Rainbow Six Mobile)

Job Description

As a Game Designer, you will be responsible for imagining, designing and developing unique “social” features that enrich the player experience. You will ensure these features are balanced, engaging and fully aligned with the game vision. This role requires a deep understanding of game mechanics, player behavior, and a strong ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

What you will do:

  • Design and develop social and leaderboard features tailored to the mobile experience, inspired by Rainbow Six Siege.
  • Ensure these features are balanced, intuitive and promote a fair and engaging gameplay experience.
  • Work closely with art, technical and design teams to bring features to life and ensure seamless integration into the game.
  • Analyze player feedback and in-game data to refine and improve existing features.
  • Write and maintain clear, detailed documentation, including specifications and design intent for each feature.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor initiatives to ensure our features remain innovative and competitive.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in game design, ideally specialized in systems design.
  • Excellent understanding of game mechanics, balancing and player psychology.
  • Proficiency with game design tools, notably Unity.
  • A creative and strategic approach to adapting Rainbow Six Siege Operators to the mobile experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
