They will also adopt an exploratory approach to develop techniques addressing new challenges and inspiring innovative solutions. Finally, they will contribute to the development of the team's knowledge and skills on cross-cutting topics and participate in the growth of Ubisoft's analytics community.

Role responsibilities:

  • Design and evolve relevant, actionable key performance indicators (KPIs) for the studio.

  • Promote analytics best practices through knowledge sharing and community building.
  • Recommend improvements to the studio's tools, processes, and data pipelines.
  • Evaluate and guide the development of analytical talent within the organization.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Publishing, Marketing, and People Analytics teams.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing analytics team aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Define goals, mobilize the team, and supervise day-to-day operations.
  • Coach team members and monitor their performance to drive continuous growth.

Qualifications:
