Introduction
Join our Financial Sponsor Department as an intern and play a pivotal role within our Fund Finance Origination team.
This team is at the forefront of managing relationships with both international and domestic alternative asset managers. You will participate in a variety of fund financing transactions, including subscription lines, GP financing, Hybrid, and NAV Facilities.
You will dive into a dynamic setting offering daily growth opportunities and collaborate with professionals in a supportive, international environment.

Activities
As an intern in the Fund Finance Origination team, you will deal with several activities, including but not limited to:
- Assisting the team in identifying fund finance opportunities with clients
- Participating in specified aspects of portfolio management and daily account maintenance
- Preparing supporting materials such as presentations, committee documents, transaction pipelines, and business memos
- Providing market intelligence and research analysis on specific topics
- Collaborate with other relationship teams in US, UK, Italy and relevant structuring teams
What you will learn

- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Learn and stay updated on market trends in the Private Capital space as well as on regulatory changes, understanding their impact on fund financing strategies

Requirements
- Master’s Degree or higher in Economics or related field
- Prior experience in investment banking preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with proficiency in English
- Ability to stay organized, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
