Purpose and activities
We are looking for people with IT skills and specialization in anti-money laundering topics, who can manage complexity with confidence and a challenge-oriented approach to problems, fostering synergy and inclusion.
The sought figure, as FUNCTIONAL ANALYST, will gather, analyze and translate business requirements related to the area of reference through the formalization of specifications and functional requirements concerning technical and technological components.
Specifically, the person will be inserted within the Group Technology Structure of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in the Anti Money Laundering Systems area for analysis of innovative solutions supporting Anti-Money Laundering processes (Know Your Customer, AML Reporting) for the Parent Company and for the Group's new Digital Bank.
Main activities:
- Analyze, design and re-engineer internal business processes, evaluating feasibility, risks and impacts on existing IT solutions or identifying new solutions
- Conduct business requirements analysis necessary for the development of new IT solutions and the improvement of existing ones, managing the relationship with the Bank's business owner
- Draft the functional analysis document in accordance with the expressed requirements
- Verify and ensure the functional correctness of company processes and IT solutions
- Collaborate closely with the project team, in particular with the IT development team so that user needs are understood and developed correctly, monitoring related activities in terms of consistency with the agreed plan and quality of delivered deliverables
- Take care of the design, documentation and coordination of tests for IT solutions, supporting users and validating the end-to-end test process
- Support the responsible manager in the various phases of the software life cycle taking care of progress reporting activities
Experience Required
At least 1-2 years of experience in medium-high complexity IT projects is required, preferably in the banking, financial or credit sector.
Skills, Knowledge and Required Qualifications
Required:
- Degree or specialist diploma in IT/scientific fields: computer engineering, management engineering, physics or economics
- Intermediate level of English
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365 tools
- Functional knowledge with specific reference to compliance and anti-money laundering regulations
- Experience in medium-high complexity IT projects as a functional analyst
- Knowledge of IT project phases, such as business requirements analysis, translation into functional analysis, and estimation methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum development methodologies
Preferable:
- Knowledge of banking information systems and preferably those for credit risk management
- Knowledge of Intesa Sanpaolo corporate information system
- Knowledge of corporate IT delivery processes
- Knowledge of corporate data management processes
